How to use
Once your hair is 100% dry, start at the roots and gently insert the Double Pick Lift comb into a section of your hair. Make sure both rows of teeth are penetrating the hair. Lift the comb upwards in a gentle, fluid motion, avoiding any tugging or pulling to prevent breakage. Move the comb from the roots and gently push upwards to lift your curls and create volume. You can do this in small subsections or in larger sections.

All orders have a track-and-trace code. Collection point orders must be picked up on time to avoid extra shipping costs.
We use PostNL/DHL for domestic orders, DPD/DHL for EU orders, and UPS/Fedex for international orders.
Shipping time
Orders placed before 11 pm CEST on business days ship the same day (excluding pre-orders and backorders). We aim to ship within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur after restocking.

If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipping company will return the package, and in such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Used hair care products, items with broken seals, and gift cards cannot be returned. Free products received in promotions must be returned if the main item is returned, or their value will be deducted.
Refunds
You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
