Shipping information

All orders have a track-and-trace code. Collection point orders must be picked up on time to avoid extra shipping costs.


We use PostNL for domestic orders, DPD for EU orders, and UPS for international orders.


Shipping time


Orders placed before 11 pm CEST on business days ship the same day (excluding pre-orders and backorders). We aim to ship within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur after restocking.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands: €4,95 (Free for orders over €50)
• EU + UK: €8,95 (Free for orders over €60)
• Worldwide: €17,95 (Free for orders over €150)

Custom Duties


Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for any additional customs charges (such as VAT).

If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipping company will return the package, and in such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Policy


You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, contact us at info@curlysecret.nl. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide pictures of the package and damaged items.


Non-Returnable Items


Used hair care products, items with broken seals, and gift cards cannot be returned. Free products received in promotions must be returned if the main item is returned, or their value will be deducted.


Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
