Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting B2B client relationships.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  3. Actively prospect and acquire new clients, with a particular emphasis on outreach to salons and shops.
  4. Establish and nurture partnerships with salons and shops, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.
  5. Coordinate with salons and shops for potential collaborations, events, or product placements.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  7. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  8. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment.
  9. Handle client queries and address issues to ensure the brand's strong reputation is upheld.
  10. Prepare regular reports on account status, forecast, and outreach effectiveness to both salons and shops.


Requirements

1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager or related role.

2. Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

3. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

4. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.

7. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.


Additional Information

As a representative of Curly Secret, the selected candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the brand's proprietary information. This role will be primarily focused on B2B client relations and management. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
