All orders are shipped with a track-and-trace code. We ship from multiple warehouses, it’s possible your order is delivered in more than one package. If an order is delivered to a collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it on time. If the package is returned, shipping costs will be charged again. Since we ship from multiple warehouses, it's possible packages are not delivered at once.
Please be aware, as a customer, you are responsible if customs charge any additional costs (VAT). If you refuse to pay those costs, the package will be returned by the shipping company. In that case, we don't refund the shipping costs.
Orders placed before 11 pm CET will be shipped the same day, only on business days. This isn't the case for pre-orders or back orders. An order is only shipped if every product is available. Overall, we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Delays of 2-3 business days may happen after restocking. If there is a delay, you can find the most accurate shipping time on the top of the website.
Delays are limited. But please be aware, during the busiest time of the year, delays of 2-3 business days may happen. We're obligated to keep our staff safe and limit the load on our shipping company. We hope for your understanding.
