How to use
Lightly mist your curls with water until they feel evenly damp. Apply the Moisturizing Protection Spray to the areas that need refreshing, focusing on frizzy sections or curls that have lost their shape. Gently scrunch the product in, and finger-coil any curls that need extra definition. Diffuse on low heat for added volume and bounce, or let your curls air-dry for a softer finish. Once fully dry, use a few drop Scrunching Oil and scrunch it into your curls to add shine, reduce frizz, and revive that Big Curl Energy.
All orders have a track-and-trace code. Collection point orders must be picked up on time to avoid extra shipping costs.
We use PostNL/DHL for domestic orders, DPD/DHL for EU orders, and UPS/Fedex for international orders.
Shipping time
Orders placed before 11 pm CEST on business days ship the same day (excluding pre-orders and backorders). We aim to ship within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur after restocking.

Custom Duties

If you choose not to pay these fees, the shipping company will return the package, and in such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide pictures of the package and damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
Used hair care products, items with broken seals, and gift cards cannot be returned. Free products received in promotions must be returned if the main item is returned, or their value will be deducted.
Refunds
You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
