8-16 hours per week, flexible scheduling  

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Craft, produce, and edit engaging short-form video content specifically for our curly-haired audience on TikTok.
2. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, ensuring Curly Secret's content is timely, relevant, and resonates with our community.
3. Engagement: Connect with our TikTok followers by responding to comments and DMs in a genuine, empowering, and brand-aligned manner.
4. Collaboration: Team up with our digital marketing crew to brainstorm and strategize fresh content ideas centered around curly hair.
5. Analytics: Keep an eye on content performance, gleaning insights to refine our TikTok strategy.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in crafting captivating content specifically for TikTok.
2. A genuine passion for and understanding of curly hair and its community.
3. Skilled in video editing tools/software.
4. Creative thinker with an ability to tell curly hair stories in an inspiring way.
5. Self-starter, organized, and excellent at managing time.
6. Superior communication abilities.
7. We are looking for creators that are fluent in either English or Dutch.
